Delivery window
Orders arrive in 12–20 days from dispatch. Distant destinations can add up to 7 days. The exact window for your address is confirmed before payment.
Free shipping
Shipping is free on every rig and on most parts and gear. Where a shipping fee applies, it's shown on the product page and again in your cart — never added at the last step.
Tracking
Every order ships tracked. Your tracking number is emailed as soon as the crate leaves the facility, and you can create an account to follow progress.
Customs & duties
Import duties and local taxes are set by your country and are not included in the order total. Contact us before ordering if you need paperwork prepared a specific way.
Damage in transit
Inspect the crate on arrival. If anything is damaged, photograph it and email info@edrifttrikes.shop within 48 hours and we'll ship replacement parts.
Returns
